Mission Statement: The College of Presentation exists to foster the craft of presentation; that is the ability to deliver something with meaning. The College of Presentation benefits and empowers its students, and improves the quality of life for community members through delivery of designed entertainment, public forum, and instruction. The College of Presentation has two divisions, the Division of Time and the Division of Space.

Math: 

Time Management: Utilizing mathematical concepts such as  scheduling, prioritization, and efficiency to effectively manage time  during presentations, rehearsals, and event planning. 

Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to audience engagement, 

feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of  presentations and inform decision-making.  

Science: 

• Cognitive Science: Exploring principles of cognitive psychology and  neuroscience to understand how audiences perceive and process  information during presentations. 

• Communication Science: Investigating the science behind effective  communication techniques, including verbal and non-verbal  communication, audience analysis, and persuasion strategies.  

Writing and Reading: 

• Effective Communication: Developing skills in written and oral  communication to deliver clear, engaging, and meaningful  presentations. Emphasizing techniques such as storytelling, structuring  content, and adapting language for different audiences. Critical  Reading: Analyzing and evaluating various forms of written and visual  media, including speeches, scripts, articles, and visual aids, to extract  meaning and inspiration for presentation design.  

Social Studies: 

• Audience Analysis: Understanding the social, cultural, and  demographic factors that influence audience preferences,  expectations, and responses during presentations. 

• Public Speaking and Rhetoric: Exploring historical and contemporary  examples of persuasive speeches, public discourse, and rhetorical  techniques to enhance presentation skills.  

Design and Visual Communication: 

• Spatial Design: Understanding the effective use of space, stagecraft,  lighting, and set design to create impactful and immersive  presentations. Visual Communication: Developing skills in visual design, including  layout, typography, graphics, and multimedia integration, to enhance  the visual appeal and comprehension of presentations. 

Division of Time Manifesto

Mission Statement:
The Division of Time exists to aid the transition of knowledge from one person to another by educating in the use of sequential media, such as language, music, and video, and by documenting and preserving the thoughts and ideas of the world today. The Division of Time also brings together the community around important decisions, issues, and ideas.

Methods:
The Division of Time achieves its goal of community integration and communication not only through the education of students, but also through the hosting of community forums and regular entertainment, including dramas and literary publications.

Division of Space Manifesto

Mission Statement:
The Division of Space aims to package and preserve human thought through the creation of artifacts and environments which are experienced through multiple senses.

Methods:
The Division of Space collaborates with the Guild of Innovation and the Division of Time to design and manufacture tools for creating experiences, and combining those in a compelling manner.
